From a young age, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for the concept of home. I grew up dreaming of having my own house, and after years of hard work, I finally achieved that dream. This journey taught me the value of creating a beautiful, cozy, and organized space.

Jana - Organizer Extraordinaire
I met Jana when I was knee deep in toddlers. I had two young kids and the piles that came with them were never ending. It was a constant frustration how the cleaners could come and everything would only stay looking nice for half a day (at most). Jana was recommended to me by a stranger on SMMC who used her in conjuncture with her cleaners. It was NIGHT and DAY. Jana came in, piles that we just didn’t know how to deal with or when to deal with would disappear, and then the cleaning kept for a lot longer than half a day. It came with some homework - or in the moment work - as clearly some items are personal and only you can do what is necessary to put them away. Jana would put these in a box for me to do when the kids were sleeping (boxes were easier for me than left out because the box is quantifiable. When it is put away, then it is done and can be recycled. Now - thanks in huge part to Jana’s systems - our house stays pretty clean. Her personality and style is like no organizer that I have worked with before - and I have worked with a handful. First of all, she is fast. Not in an oh, shoot, what did I just toss, but in a way I can’t explain. She is just able to empty and pair like items together in a very efficient way. Second, her personality is one that makes the whole process easy. Having someone come and go through ALL your stuff with you can be overwhelming. She makes it easy to chat with and get to know as she works with you. I have known her long enough now - that I consider her a friend one that kicks my butt and makes me focus on and acknowledge my minor hoarding tendencies. Yes, she teases me every time she comes that I still haven’t gotten to the two projects I PROMISE I’ll do every time she is there (baby books). I do have her come in once or twice a year to help maintain and tighten up our systems as the kids grow and our needs change. I am coming back from a month long trip in Europe and have already reached out to have her help me get ready for the upcoming school year. I am taking on three leadership roles in my kids’ two schools - and starting the year on the right foot is imperative.
I recommend her to everyone. Are you moving in after a remodel - hire her. Are you moving into a rental pre remodel - hire her. Does your garage not function as a garage - hire her.
No matter what you do - when you hire her, make sure she does your closet. You can thank me later!
